Tonight was another incredible evening of community connection, learning, and giving back. 

We would  like to extend a huge thank-you to TEAD for opening their doors to us, and providing such an informative tour.  It was wonderful to learn more about the important work they do and to have the opportunity to meet their amazing horses firsthand. 

During the evening, we heard presentations from three outstanding local organizations: Inclusions Developmental Services, Caledonia Community Foundation, and Big Brothers Big Sisters.  Each organization shared the important impact they are making within our community and the ways they continue supporting local residents and families.

We are excited to announce that Inclusions Developmental Services was selected as the recipient of our group donation. Inclusions supports individuals with developmental disabilities and their families and was originally founded to address a long-standing gap in programming for individuals over the age of 18. Since then, the organization has continued to grow and now supports clients ranging in age from 12 to 70+.

Located within the Community Support Centre in Caledonia, Inclusions offers a variety of meaningful programs and services, including day programming, respite services, community integration opportunities, and skill development supports. Their work helps create inclusive spaces where individuals can build confidence, independence, friendships, and valuable life skills. Donations made through our group will directly support these important programs and help ensure individuals and families in our community continue to receive the support they need.

We also appreciated learning more about Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Caledonia Community Foundation. Big Brothers Big Sisters continues to make a meaningful difference by connecting young people with caring mentors who provide guidance, encouragement, and positive role models. 

The Caledonia Community Foundation shared information about the work they do to strengthen and support the community through local grants, partnerships, and charitable initiatives. 
Thank you again to everyone who attended, presented, volunteered, and contributed to another successful meeting. Nights like this are a reminder of the incredible organizations and people working every day to make our community stronger.
